Returns Policy

We’d like to think you’d be happy with our products, but if you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help. We offer free returns or exchanges if you notify us of your intent within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with all items present. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Discounted/sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, unless faulty.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges solely regarding the disco light balls as they are deemed to be a one-time use (approx. 5-8 hours), or the glow sticks.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom/personalised orders.
  • We do not accept returns on perishable goods.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your box arrives damaged please take a picture of the box before you open it. 

Exchanges 
If returning with 14 days of receiving your order you are also entitled to an exchange of equal value if you prefer, providing the items are unused, unworn and still in their original packaging, with all items intact. We will ship your exchanged product once the steps outlined above are completed and we have accepted your return.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
