FAQ’s

How do I order a custom box?

We’re always developing our boxes so if you can’t find something you want just let us know. Or if you want something in a specific colour way, we’ll do our best to help! Just email us at [email protected] and we’ll try our best to get you your perfect box!

How long will my box take to get to me?

We use a variety of carriers however we expect you should have your order within 3-4 business days. If you order before 2pm on a weekday (excl. Friday) and pay for next day delivery you’ll receive it the next day. If you’ve paid for next day and it’s after 2pm on Friday or the weekend, it should arrive on the following Tuesday.

Why should I buy a box?

Good question! We like to think we’ve thought of most things to make your party easy and so with our boxes you are paying for stressless convenience! Not only that, we try all our products and choose items we think bring an element of fun to your gathering. We also offer suggestions of getting the most out of your box with inspirational ideas. And we like to offer food and drink recipes/ideas where possible to really maximise your experience. It’s packed by hand in the UK, by real event planners, so you know you’re in good hands.

Do I need any additional items to what is already in the box?

We’ve tried to make the boxes inclusive of everything you need as much as possible. We add a few suggestions of other bits that aren’t necessary to enjoy the box but may add an extra element to your party. In the few cases where you need something to enjoy part of the box (such as bamboo poles for the flags) we have highlighted it in the description.

Are the products reusable?

Most of the products can be used again provided care is taken to pack them away carefully! Some of the items aren’t waterproof (paper decorations and fairy lights) but if kept dry can be reused many times. Certain items are one-use only, such as glow sticks and the small disco balls.

Are the products recyclable?

Our packaging (mailing bags, cardboard boxes, tissue paper and paper bags) along with the street food cutlery, napkins and trays are all recyclable. And if your paper decorations get too wet to reuse, they can be fully recycled too. Check with your local recycling collection department about the other items within the box.

How many people is each box designed to cater for?

This is highlighted in the description of each individual box as it differs between them. Most boxes have the option to add on extra guests for a fee.

What if I have loads of guests at my party- can you do a bigger box?

We certainly can! The difference in postage costs for heavier boxes means we don’t list every option but we can do a custom amount (in multiples of 5’s). Just email us at [email protected] and we’ll try our best to get you your perfect box!

I have a problem with my box?

Oh no, let’s sort that out asap for you. Read our Returns Policy and in the first instance always contact us at [email protected] so we can resolve any issues.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Not at the moment sorry, but we are working on it!

Do you ship to NI, The Channel Islands, RoI, Scottish Highlands, Isles of Scilly and non-mainland postcodes?

We can, but please contact us for a quote beforehand as we can’t send at our usual postage charges.

How do I use my box?

Most of the decorations and fun items within the box are easy to set up. We have ideas in our gallery and journal pages to help inspire your use of decorations, but we also encourage freestyle! Any lights that are part of your box work best at night or in a dark room. If you have recipes as part of your box, they will be emailed to you on dispatch so you have time to buy the ingredients. If you’re unsure of any of the items, please feel free to email us or message on our social pages.

Are the boxes suitable for children?

Most of our boxes contain small parts so are not suitable for children under 3 years. We encourage children to be supervised by an adult when using the boxes, as some contain button batteries which can be lethal if ingested. With careful supervision, children can enjoy the boxes too.
